| A charming red blend consisting of 40% Petit Verdot, 35% Pinotage, and 25% Grenache. Matured in French Oak barrels for 10 months, this multi-award winning wine is smooth and delightfully uncomplicated with delicious berry and spice flavours. |
MERLOT |
| A full bodied but well rounded off wine with a deep rich colour. Matured in French Oak barrels for 14 months, this wine has exotic spice flavours and a tint of wood. Excellent varietal expression on the nose and palate and a lingering aftertaste. |
SHIRAZ |
| Slightly wooded, richly textured and outspoken fruity flavours with a spicy, almost smoky finish, so typical of this noble cultivar. Matured in French and American Oak for 14 months, this wine has a velvety aftertaste. |
GRENACHE |
| This wine has a spicy red berry fruit flavour with refreshing acidity. Grenache is an unusual varietal bottling in South Africa. Well balanced on the palate with interesting wood maturation from small French Oak barrels ( 10 months). Soft tannins with dark berry flavours. |
CABERNET SAUVIGNON |
| A rich and complex wine with intensely vibrant berry fruit flavours. Well balanced with velvety, ripe fine-grained tannins, harmonizing well with the hint of oak. Lingering aftertaste. The wine was matured in French Oak barrels for 14 months. |
SAUVIGNON BLANC |
| Excellent varietal expressions. Delicate asparagus and grassy complexities with a refreshing crispness on a well balanced finish. Serve chilled with a cheese platter and good olives. |
CHENIN BLANC |
| A light white wine with guava, peach, pineapple and other tropical fruit aromas and soft acidity. Delicate crisp fruit complexities with a well-balanced finish. |
JASON'S CREEK CLASSIC WHITE |
| A charming white blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. A light fruity wine with some tropical as well as green flavours, the Classic White is delightfully uncomplicated and demands merely to be enjoyed. |
CHARDONNAY (WOODED) |
| A complex wine with rich citrus and apricot aromas, supported by subtle mild oak. Matured in French oak barrels for 4 months. Elegant finish with a long aftertaste. Serve lightly chilled. |
ROSE` |
| Made from 100% Pinotage grapes. With its strawberry and banana aromas so typical to the cultivar, this off-dry Rosè is the ideal summer wine. |
JASONTE` SPARKLING ROSE` |
| Fresh and delicate floral aromas, combined with juicy strawberry and plum flavours on the palate. Ultra soft acidity with a crisp bubbly finish. The ideal companion to cheer up any celebration. Serve well chilled. |
